How Do I Choose?
We pride ourselves on a varied selection of exciting and original gifts for children on our website, many of which are found at several locations across the UK. Browse the site through the different categories and choose the gift that you know they’ll love! Each experience will list all the details you need, such as age/height/seasonal limitations, together with a list of locations for your recipient to choose from. Click to buy and you can proceed to the gift voucher and payment page.
What Do We Get?
Everything arrives in a plain envelope – and fits through a standard letterbox! You will receive a gold Kids Activity Days wallet containing a gift voucher, and lots of extra information, including a sheet written for kids, on the experience you have chosen, (including how to book your date,) so your recipient can get really excited! You can personalise the voucher with your own special message – just fill in the relevant section on the payment page.
How Do I Buy?
Once you’ve chosen your gift and proceeded to the voucher and payment page, you’ll be guided through the process step by step. Voucher messages, billing and delivery details – it’s all very straightforward. If you prefer to order by phone, just call us on 0845 838 8789 Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, and our friendly team will be happy to help you through the buying process. If you order online you’ll receive a confirmation email when your booking is complete. If you book before 3pm, your voucher will be in the post 1st class the same day.
How Does The Recipient Book?
All the details you need to book your experience are in the gift voucher pack. If you have any difficulty at all we’ll be happy to help – just call us on 0845 838 8789 or email us on enquiries@kidsactivitydays.com
How Long Do They Have To Take Their Experience?
Vouchers are valid for 10 months from their date of issue, although it is possible to request a later ‘valid from’ date, if you’re buying in advance, such as at Christmas. All you need to do is email us on enquiries@kidsactivitydays.com or call us on 0845 838 8789 and we can postpone the ‘valid from’ date to coincide from when you plan to give your gift.
What If I’ve Got It Wrong?!
Don’t worry! Your recipient can transfer the voucher to another experience – or another person! – either by upgrading, exchanging like for like, or lower. If the alternative experience they choose is of a lower value, the remaining amount will be held on a gift card account for them to use for a new voucher. You can only exchange it once. If you’ve got it really wrong…..we can refund your booking as long as you advise us in writing/by email within 28 days of purchasing your voucher. Refunds can only be made to the person who booked the voucher, and to the card from which it was paid.
Can The Recipient Upgrade Or Extend Their Voucher?
Yes! They can call us on 0845 838 8789 and we’ll be happy to help. There is a voucher 6 month extension facility, with an admin charge of £25.00.
I’ve Left It Too Late….How Soon Can You Get A Voucher To Me?
If you call us by 2pm we can email you an ‘emergency’ voucher within an hour, and get your full pack in the post to you 1st class same day. After 2pm and before 4.30pm you can still get an emailed ‘emergency’ voucher by 5.30pm same day.
