Your Kids Activity Days Contains a gift Voucher which is your receipt as proof of payment for the activity you have purchased. Your voucher has a unique voucher reference number which you need to quote when you contact us.

Your voucher also shows an expiry date, which is usually 10 months from the date of your purchase. Please make sure you book a date for your activity in plenty of time before the expiration date, as some popular venues will have a waiting list. If you do not book your date before the expiry date on your voucher, the voucher will be cease to be valid. Your activity is booked directly with the activity providers(s)listed in the assistance. All activities are offered subject to availability, and we strongly advice you call your preferred provide at least 28 days in advance to secure a preferred date. Our providers will offer you alternative dates if your first choice are not available.

One adult accompanying the activity particularly is included with your booking. Spectators are welcome for some activities. Please enquire with your chosen suppliers at the time of booking your date. A charge may be made to cover insurance/refreshment etc and will be payable directly to your activity provider.
Your voucher can be transferred to another choice of activity from our website if required, or to another person. Please call us on 0845 8388789 if you would like to exercise one of these options. There is no charge for transferring your voucher, and a charge for changing the voucher activity is only levied if the chosen activity is higher in price than the value of your original voucher. In this case the difference in cost between the two activities will be payable. If your chosen new activity is lower in value than the original booking, the difference in cost will be credited to your account and held for you to use against future bookings. The credit can be used at any point within twelve calendar months of issue. When you transfer your activity you will be issued with in anew reference number and information for the day. A full replacement pack can be requested, and if required can be issued at a cost of £7.50. Original voucher must be returned before any exchange or refund can be made. An exchange voucher cannot be refunded.

Payment is non refundable with the following exception:
A refund can be issued with 14days of purchasing your gift voucher. Refunds can only be made to the individual who purchase the voucher, and will be made to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. If a data has already been booked with in the supplier of the activity within 28days a refund cannot be issued. It is also important to check all the information enclosed in you r pack to ensure that the activity participant meets the physical requirements for your booking, e.g. height, weight, general health etc, as after 14 days from purchase you will be unable to obtain a refund. Placing an order with us creates a contract and we reserve the right to decline an order. In such circumstance the cost of the cost of the activity will be refunded in full.
